Absolutely Terrible

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I first moved in Aspen Village when i was turning 18. I thought my agents speech was nice, and the rooms looked nice, etc. As soon as we moved in we were having problems. The first apartment we had (for 8 months), the windows leaked, there were terrible roaches (not our fault- we got rid of them 3 times and the neighbors kept bringing them back, the toilet wouldn't flush, bugs got in from the windows (because of the leak/holes)It took me 3 months of ignoring my complaining to go to the complex owners. They acted as though they resolved my problem and just shoved me into a different apartment.
Not only did charge me $20 more a month for this apartment, but they charged us for damages that were NOT in the other apartment, an extra $100 for "ten days rent" that i had already paid at my other apartment, the shower nosel didn't squirt at the new place, the bathtub didn't drain, the toilet clogged every time, the sink leaked, the disposle didn't work, and many more things. Well we decided to get a dish (dish network). Apparently we weren't allowed to have it up, so they give me an eviction notice because we had it up. No warning, no explaination, just a note telling us to get out. I hate this apartment and the management. They don't respond as they should when it's their problem.
