The buildings are well maintained by a small group of very nice people. Fire detectors are tested and the units are sprayed for bugs every three months or so (I've only seen one cockroach and I have been living here for almost a year). The walls are soundproof, the windows and balcony/patio doors are new. Each resident is given one parking spot. And...there's an outdoor pool.

The only negative is Bellevue's location in what seems to be a hot spot for muggings. This, however, has been a problem with most south-of-UC neighborhoods and even northern locations.
