Being not even a day late on my last months rent at the end of my lease agreement, I was told that I would be evicted in five days, which is not even possible. My first apartment had mice in it, and the balcony on my second apartment is falling apart and the apartment above me balcony is falling on mine. The manager Jim, is a terrible man and I hope God sees fit to send him somewhere deep and dark. Hell wouldn't accept him. Over priced and a big head ache. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

The Bellevue House Apartment Management will never do anything unlawful nor would we ever say anything negative about our residents past and present. The person that left this message has several personal issues they needed to workout with the management.
