Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This is the most mismanaged apartment building I have lived in in three countries. That's really saying something. The water is constantly off, your light switches will not work and you will be lucky if your outlets and phone jacks do. If you are considering moving here - DON'T!!!!!
