Ignore the other reviews, I am unsure how the old management and problems were, but that doesn't matter. The current staff is extremely nice, fixing problems very quickly and overall, they are all very nice and friendly.

I was desperate to get out of Roxbury and getting settled in was not a problem. A laundry room is on every floor, very nice feature! The apartments are huge, over 60 units and a lot of parking. The back parking can get completely full at night, but what do you expect' There are two other areas where parking spaces is not a problem.

Rent is $540/month for a 2 bedroom-1 bath, it costs $20/month to have a cat. For a safe, nice, well kept complex and apartments, the price is low. The extra's like a computer room (2 pc's, internet, free to use), exercise room (a few machines) are also nice.

If you are looking for a good apartment complex in the Mount Washington area, Berskhire is the way to go.
