First off, I am definitely of the opinion that other postings on here are from the office staff. So my advice to a prospective resident is to consider the overall evaluation of this place as a 3.0 (disqualifying the 5.0 reviews).
At first, I was going to post my review without reading previous commentaries, but I changed my normal ways and I can't believe that someone would waste their time and be so demeaning as to post that reply to the person commenting on 12/27. GET A LIFE!
This place is nice, but it is expensive for what it is; fixtures are somewhat cheap but not bad (it's the Towne Properties way); and the office staff is definitely on the snobby side and seems to think a day at the office is like Sunday at the Country Club, but this was two years ago, so who knows about now! Also, like other Towne properties, they need to learn that they are here to SERVE the residents, and that they are not landlords or "lords of the manor" (which may be a more fitting description for them). Thankfully we didn't have to deal with the office staff too much.
Again, it's a nice place to live, but my recommendation would be that you go up Mason-Montgomery and get an apartment up there for a better value.
