Let me first start by saying that I do not work for BG, nor do I have an affiliation with anyone who does. I've been a resident for close to two years and plan to upgrade from my current 2 bed (1370 sf) apartment to a 3 bed (1800 sf) townhome also at BG when my lease is up. The apartment sizes are unmatched. I love it here as the staff (which has probably changed since 2003/2004) have been nothing but professional and great at what they do. Maintenance is faster than expected as even minor repairs (like changing a hallway light bulb) have been handled the same day that I reported them. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the community is situated right next to I71 so you can get some road noise when you're outside. When you're inside, you might as well be in the middle of the country as you hear nothing in regards to the highway. Fixtures and such are of average quality, but work great and still look fine. I never worry about safety lighting and gates or any of the grounds for that matter as they are kept in prestine condition. I would recommend this place to anyone.
