Right Place Wrong Time From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The apartment itself was spacious and affordable (two separated bedrooms and utility room with washer/dryer floor plan). The heating and cooling worked wonderfully. I never heard noise from adjacent units or in the hall, just from noisy, young neighbors above. Maintenance and office staff was always responsive to my needs with the one exception being a faulty street light right outside the building. Unfortunately, that was really important to me because I was attacked underneath that street light one night, so I can't call the area safe.
