I have lived at Brandychase for over 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. I urge prospective tenants to take some of the reviews with a grain of salt and keep in mind exactly what they say about "getting out of their leases"(which seems to be the trend of those who complained). I have found the management, office staff, and maintence all wonderfull to work with, not to mention they have assisted me resolving any problems I have had in a timely and efective manner.
At no time have I ever seen or smelled unlawful substances and have great confidence that should anything of that nature occur, the management would not tolerate it and take measures to get rid of it immeditely.
I feel safe walking around the grounds at any time and as with any location, you have to take measures of not presenting yourself as a prosepective victim. Unfortuatly, its the world we live in today. I have found that getting to know your neigbors helps with the community and peolpe tend to look out for those they know.
