pros and cons From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   The layout of the apartment is great and cosy. But there is not enough sunlight coming into the apartment (that faces the woods). SO, it will be very dark even on an afternoon at the peak of summer. Nothing is being done to, at least,trim trees so that the apartments at the back (facing the woods) too get enough light. Trimming trees is good for the tree itself. Actually, I asked the staff before moving whether the apt., I am going to take, will have enough sunlight, upon which they answered I have nothing to worry about. The staff is totally unreliable. We have to pay extra for water. An advantage of this apt. is that u would have ur own washing machine and dryer..
