I have lived here for a little over a year. I agree with the bugs and everything in my apartment has been replaced because it did not work right in the first place. The refrigerator, washer, dryer, AC, doors,locks, and dishwasher to name a few. Now my lease is up in one month and all my stuff still isnt fixed. been waiting 2 months for some closet doors to be replaced. Also the neighbors are jerks. Had to send the same guy twice to jail for trying to assault me in my own building! The cops are there all the time because us good people have to call them in order to stay safe. I WARN YOU ALL DO NOT MOVE INTO BRANDY CHASE!!!!!!!

This is a resident that was accosted by a visitor and wanted out of his lease. We got the police involved but we did explain to him that we could not control the behavior of strangers. Since this incident the tenant has been placed under eviction and thier visitor has been charged with tresspassing. We have acted quickly and effectively

Quickly and effectively???? NO WAY. I had to call the cops twice. 2 seperate occasions. The eviction? I moved out before they did. The management did nothing as far as i am concerned but the bare minimum to ensure my family's safety. Now whats your excuse for the rest of the problems? Brandy Chase is a money pit of a complex. I urge nobody to move there!
