Date posted: 1/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   As a resident at Brandychase I am very pleased with nearly everything here ranging from the extroardinary staff to the punctuality of maintenance. If there were a better return investment on renting I would never move! I encourage you to consider this complex as your place to call home not only because of the great reasons I have just listed, but also for the fact that it is safe, well-kept, unruly tenants aren't tollerated, and it has very nice ammenities too! I can genuinely say that I am very happy here in my home away from home and believe you would be too.
