Quick service (as long as you renew) but "box" apts

The Complex is located on a VERY busy road...However , they are quite quiet and have a lot of trees in the complex which is good. The service is usually timely. The apts are small and built cheaply but maintained well.Since the wall are thin, you can hear and be heard by others, so privacy will be an issue. Also, since there are so many trees, you will see several bugs enter your apartment. If you are scared of spiders, don't think of renting at this place.I've had huge spiders/bugs i've never seen before enter my apts and i lived on the 2nd floor.I was satisfied with the management until i had to move closer to school. When i didn't renew the lease, things weren't as good.I lived in the same Apt for 30 months and kept it in good shape. However, i was charged $150 for items like "scratched doors" and dirty carpets''' When you live for so long in a place normal wear and tear is expected.. The carpets charge was ridiculous because i paid the Management $50 in advance, for "carpet cleaning services".They said that they had to pay extra because my carpets were extra dirty..''I was unhappy, because they never once came to change or clean my carpets in the 30 months that i had moved in.(Law requires them to replace/clean carpets every year). When i needed help with a package that had been sent to my old address, they were very unresponsive and rude. While i did "like" them when i was living there, i was unhappy with the way they treated me after i did not renew my lease.Personally, i won't rent from them again. It's sad really, because all they had to do was be a little courteous/fair to me to keep me a happy customer.

So you are complaining about a place where you don't live anymore? You must be really bored. My mom used to live here too and she still stops by to say hi to the staff they were so sweet to her when she was here. Your hearing must be really sensitive because I live in an older apartment and I only hear "normal" noises that you hear when you live in an apartment. I'm really sorry that you had to pay for damages that you did to your apartment. I filled out my move- in checklist when I got here so I won't be charged for pre=existing flaws. I fully expect to be charged for any damage I cause to the carpet/apartment. Also, 30 months is nothing. Two of my neighbors have been here for 10 years. Another neighbor moved away for work and then moved back as soon as they could. If they treat you poorly when you don't renew, then why would people live here more than once? All I know is I love it here and I know that the staff works extra hard to make people happy. Good luck finding that anywhere else. Don't be a hater.

I don't know if these are nice apartments or not, but I do know that there is no law that requires carpets to be cleaned/replaced yearly. That is a lie.
