I have lives at burgundy courts for about a year and intially my thought was that thuis is a nice and quiet areaa to live. however, within my first two to three months there was large amounts of noise from other tenants. Although there were notices sent to calm the noise, there was not much improvment. i would often see the colerain twpship police cruise the area. Iwas gald they saw interest in our safety, but I was a little disturbed that this had to happen. This is the first complex that I lived in that I had to be subjected to such noise. I guess this is why I really object to living in large complexes such as Burgundy Court. I must say, that I will not renew my lease. Also, as I was signing the lease, there was issues that i was not made aware of prior to such as the monthly fee for having a pet. I asked the resident manager if pets were allowed, but was not informed about the monthly fee until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. at that time, my decision to live there was already made and I could not change then since my previous landlord had been notified. I felt misled and will not recommend this complex to anyone.also the renet is too high for the small sqare footage as compared to others.
