When I moved into burgundy court, the price was right and the people were wonderful, I had great neighbors and i felt save...with in a year the place went to crap. i had to call the police several times do to kids fighting in the parking lot loud music, harassment from kids. I used to love to take my son up to the pool and little park they had, untill I couldnt even teach him how to swim from all the kids taking over the pools no adults watching them, talking about crude things that my 2 yr old didnt need to here. The play ground was taken over by teens and faul language written on the play set. I literally wittnest a drug deal by the pond. I stuck it out untill I could afford to buy a house and i was out of there after 3yrs. I did love that place when I first moved in but then they just let everything go!! I wouldnt recommend it unless they made some big changes!
