THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NASTY. THEY DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX UP AN APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. I GOT APPROVED TO MOVE IN ON LIKE THE 5TH ON THE MONTH BUT WAS TOLD IT WOULDNT BE READY UNTIL THE 1ST OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH SO I SAID OK THAT WAS FINE BUT WHEN I GOT THERE IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD JUST MOVED OUT NO OUTLETS HAD THERE COVERS THE WAS SHOES THERE AND THERE WAS A COOLER IN THE BATHTUB. THE FIRST NIGHT WE STAYED THERE I GOT ATE UP FROM BED BUGS.EWWW THOSE THINGS ARE NASTY. I BELIEVE TWO MONTHS LATER MY FRIDGE AND OVEN STOPPED WORKING AND THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX IT. THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL RUDE LADY WHO REALLY SHOULDNT BE RUNNING AN APARTMENT COMPLEX HER NAME WAS JANE. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT LUCKLY I GOT OUT OF THERE ASAP

I have tried to accomodate all requests for moving in dates and maintenance. The residents do not help themselves. Many of them do not report maintenance that is needed and then blames the staff. Bedbugs don't come into a community on their own, they are brought in with belongings. Roaches are coming into their apartment because food can be found. Water leaks attract roaches. Cleaning with Bleach will help. Clean, Clean, and clean again. You can never clean too mcuh. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE. How can you live this way? Mold and mildew? Dirty toilets and bath areas. CLEAN! CLEAN! Trash should be taken out before there is 2-3 bags to remove and put into the dumpster, not on top or on the ground. Urinating in the hallways is awful. Management doesn't do these things, residents do! So tell your fellow neighbor to CLEAN, Be respectful, be quiet and then the community would be a better place to live.
