I just moved into Centennial, and I can?t say enough good things about the community and the staff. Romaine and Atiya are outstanding - they?re helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable! The builders and the maintenance staff mingle with the residents and jump to ask if if your unit is satisfactory. I had a tiny problem with my dishwasher the day I moved in, and the maintenance supervisor stayed late so that I could wash dishes that night. My apartment is great, too. I have granite countertops and floor, a huge laundry room, a large bathroom, lots of storage, a built-in microwave, lots of windows, and the wiring and equipment for a security system. And it?s quiet! I never hear so much as a peep from my neighbors! The community is gated, which is great for single women, too. There?s a pool table in the main office, an expanding DVD library that?s free for residents (bye-bye, Blockbuster!), and yoga on Wednesday nights. I look forward to checking out the (large) pool when it opens, as well as the poolside cafe! The only thing I would add is more lighting in the parking areas, but all things considered, I am glad to be lucky enough to live in such an accommodating neighborhood!
