Cost too much, but is still a decent place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We have lived here for a while now. The place is beautiful and the staff is great. The maintenance guy is really nice. A big problem is that some of the residents are scum. They won't pick up after their dogs and they puke on the floor after partying and drinking. The higher price keeps most of the low lifes out, but some still manage to find their way in.
