I love my apartment- the vaulted ceilings and granite countertops are wonderful. The location is great too. However the walls are thin and you constantly hear alarms going off in the morning. Some nights get pretty noisy. Furthermore, within the first 13 months of living in this apartment my furnace went out for 2 days during the winter and my AC went out for 5 days during the first 90 degree week of the summer- and I am the first tenant of this apartment! The appliances are cheap. The utility bills are high. And to top it off after the first year, they will drastically increase your already overpriced rent and require you to sign a lease for another 12 months. On the surface the place looks great, but there is a lot to put up with. Good luck.
