Having lived here for quite some time I can say that it is the best apartment complex I have lived in to date. Yes, the price is high but it all depends on what you are looking for and can afford. We will be buying a house withing the next 6 to 9 months and plan to continue to live here until that time.

Maintenance staff is great as are the staff at the main building. We live in one of the buildings closest to the front and rarely have noise problems. I have heard others complain about noisy neighbors, etc. and I think it's all about the building you live in here. While the walls can sometimes be think we have never had any issues per se. On the rare occasion that I have complained about noise it's been people in the street playing -------- late at night...and that's a rarity. My calls are always promptly returned by the staff.

In short, no apartment complex will ever be perfect. Centennial Station has been my best apartment experience to date though and I would recommend it to others.
