Unsafe, Expensive, Cheap Appliances

BEWARE...........The staff tells you that the property is safe, but that's entirely NOT TRUE!!! There are constant vehicle burglaries and vandalism and the staff won't do anything about it. Poor lighting in the parking lots and the property borders a ghetto/dangerous apartment complex. Also, the appliances are so cheap that they break or leak every 2 weeks (furnace, dish washer & freezer)!! The noise level is high due to cheap construction and NO INSULATION. A horrible deal for $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom.

If the staff told you a property was safe, they broke the law. Fair housing laws do not permit any suggestion of safe or unsafe.
