I read the reviews on this community, and the negative ones, I just cant believe I am reading this regarding the community I live in. I have lived here for 2 years now, and LOVE IT.....The staff in the office is fabulous, and so is the maintenance! I have never had to wait longer than the staff promised to have anything fixed, which since this community is new not much to mention has been broke, in 2 years. As far as the staff in the office goes, I have always been greeted by a smile, and concern with any minor issues I have had and who ever wrote the last review should be ashamed of themselves...they are always dressed in a fashionable, business manner...and well groomed to say the least. The apartments offer all new appliances, and the ammenities are top of the line. The gates have been down a couple of times but always repaired in a timely manner, and the neighbors are also very pleasant. I have never heard my neighbor pee, or talking on the phone, or going up and down the stairs like elephants. I am very pleased with my stay here at Centennial Staion and would highly reccomend it to anyone looking for an upscale community to call home.

Ok....well I am a resident and I do love it hear....and obviously your not educated enough to understand this is a site used for potential renters...to have an honest opinon of a community they are potentially considering calling thier home...so please find something to do with your time...maybe learning new vocabulary..

I agree, this review does seem fake. I've lived at CS for about 2 years and for the most part it is a good place to live. Some inconsiderate tennants but you'll find that anywhere.

Huh, you sound just like someone who wroks in the office. No one would write something like that with the wording you used, even if a resident really did like the community. Your sooo fake!
