I know sometimes people read reviews on apts and think maybe the person is being picky. Believe me when I say this place is awful. Thankfully I will be moving out soon. Let me start by telling you that the gates are the most annoying things in the entire world. My remote went bad twice and the gates NEVER work. They always end up having to leave them up because people can't get in their place. Imagine how annoying that would be... The apt itself it not up to my standards. The walls are so thin I hear the people walking constantly above me which is very disruptive, I can hear my neighbors peeing among other things I don't wish to hear and I can hear them talking all the time. The bathroom mildews really bad for some reason I am guessing poor ventilation. We have a problem with spiders and ants and when I called maintenence to have them take care of the problem they never followed through. The staff is extremely disorganized... extremely. The messed up before and thought we didn't pay our rent when we did and had the records to prove it. Everytime you go in the office it seems like they are flustered. The square footage is a joke and thankfully we are moving to a luxury 3 bedroom that is huge! This place is far from luxury. Oh, and how could I forget the noise outside! Everytime someone leaves their apt and walks outside it sounds like a hurd of elephants are coming. It's so loud and disruptive. Let me put it this way... you better invest in some really nice earplugs if you want to take a chance and live here. You will regret it.

I know exactly who you are... you wanted a job there and didn't get hired. Too bad people are smarter than you.

I am moving out at the end of this month and everything this person said is true. This place is so overrated and overpriced. The original staff here was great - then they were all fired. We were never even notified of any of the new staffs and they are terribly disorganized - not to mention poor at following up on almost everything. I would not recommend this place except for the fact many hot girls live here!

It sounds as if you currently are or were an employee of the company. It is a shame that you would waste your time responding to dissatisfied former tenants vs. being productive. Please spend the smarts you claim to have, effort, initiative, wit and energy on fixing this damn complex. I currently live here and I can??????t wait for the day when I move out (4 months/98 days/139,684 mins), but who??????s counting. This property has all of the issues the original complaint mentioned and more (like break ins, car vandalism, insects and over flowing trash). Please take your personally grudges to a different forum. This blog space is intended to inform potential tenants of the truths real residents see and experience. I don??????t care if you know who I am,,,, because I hate this place and you should know that because I am in there what feels like every week due to this sucky property??????s inadequacies. And,,,,please fix the ever broken gate sometime this month or in the next year (whenever convenient).
I would urge any business professionals relocating from out of town to visit at night before you sign the lease aka commitment to the -----, to see how safe you feel for your kids and possessions. The place looks harmless during the day but in reality it is all a mirage of quality living,, w/ snippy employees as you can see from our guest blogger. Please take heed of all of the previously mentioned issues because you will have to live with them throughout the life of the contract. Good luck and be smart.
I would say the complex is completely horrific if it didn??????t have really hot chicks crash the pool during the summer. :0)
PS. Please fill your car with gas before it turns dark!!! The gorgeous gas station adjacent the complex (Speedway) is infested with very seedy dudes which will occasionally rob the establishment, beg for money or leisurely wonder into the supposedly secure OPEN GATES.
