So I moved in over the summer and I thought for the price this was a great place! I was wrong this place is way over priced. I have had leaks in my home and have had to call more than 5 times about it, also the maint. staff seems to only be drivin around on their little gulf carts and follow each other all day. Instead I think they should be out fixing the things that need attention. I will say they are nice apartments but then again Im moving asap.
