The staff is incompetent and extremely rude. The apartments are over-priced. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors talking in a normal tone of voice. The water pressure is awful. The drains clog at least once every two months. The shelves in the closets are cheap and WILL fall. The maintenance staff will come fix it but as soon as you hang your clothes back up, it will fall AGAIN. They still havent fixed the siding that was blown off of the buildings from the windstorm back in September. It is now December. They waited a month and a half to address the residents regarding the fact that one of the buildings caught on fire & burnt down. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

My experience has alway's been good, I have no noise issues other than normal people walking with heels up and down the exterior steps... Everyone can't control everything and things do take time... it's a shame that some people have expectations of others that they themselves can't even uphold.... I love it here and for the location and price there isn't a better place that I'd rather call home. Sorry your experience wasn't good but I guess the sayings true you can't make everyone happy all the time.

With the fire and the siding: Haven't you heard of insurance and lawyers? That fire was an accidental electrical fire, which they told everyone as soon as they could. The noise level - what do you expect living in an apartment - total silence? That is setting yourself up for disappointment. Rude staff? Only one, the guy who works in the office. He slammed his office door in my face the first day I came to see my apartment. One of the ladies in the office came out to help me and she was nice and the apartments ARE SO PRETTY! He was (and still is) so snippy. How hairy are you to clog a drain every two months? And if they come to fix it WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT? I hope you never buy a house. Who will you have to blame for all your issues (and I mean mental) then? I recommend you get some help, not another apartment.

How can a fire be accidental when the building had MANY electrical problems and many of the residents had complained several times. They are calling it an accident so they are not at fault.
