My company transferred me to Cincinnati 2 years ago and set me up at Centennial. I was hesitant at first. I have seen a lot of changes in 2 short years but the new management and maintenance staff brought in over the last 6 months have been great. The grounds look beautiful and the activities planned are outstanding. I was just transferred back and I already miss the place.

If you like a place that you never know who you will see when you walk in the office then this is the place for you. It seems just when you get someone in that knows what they are doing and actually do their job you go in the next month and they are gone. My lease is up soon and I am actively looking for a new place, the apartments are nice but I don't think the people who work here are capable of giving me the service I deserve, I was just in last week and the atmosphere is cold and complacent this place feels nothing like home to me. Good luck to anyone who moves here.

They talk a lot about customer service but if the office staff is busy or socializing, they don't have a minute for you. They don't know how to do basic math, the paperwork was a mess when I came to move in and the constant rotation of people in and out constantly made me really anxious to move as soon as I could. They rent by the week or something. I didn't feel safe at all walking my dog at night. I was actually approached by a strange man one time. He walked up to me (it was close to dark) and didn't speak or anything. Just stood there staring and then walked away. The gates are a joke (broken, always). Not that I think they would guarantee safety but the neighborhood is VERY scary. Cars are broken in to constantly. Pick a better location!
