Century Lake Apartments

Good experience up until.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I had to break my lease. Up until the time that an unfortunate event occured and I had to break my lease I was pleased with Century Lake. Ok, I understand their policy concerning they can't let anyone out of their lease or give the a break but I think it's outrageous that I to break my lease amounted to almost $2500 and then absorb my entire $500 deposit with so-called "damages" and then said I owed an addl $81.00. That's such crap! The property is only doing this because I'm breaking my lease and they are looking for every way to make money because someone is ALWAYS moving out. I liveed in Century Lake for almost 3 years and I had 3 different next door neighbors and 3 different downstairs neighbors. I would've given the property a positive review if they had'nt tried to make money off my inconvenience. Don't rent an apartment @ this property.
