PLEASE save yourself the trouble and never rent here! My wife and I paid every month in full, without ever being late. When our jobs changed and we needed to move. We had been at Century Lake for 18 months. When the ownership of Century Lake changed mid-lease, we were not informed that they required a 60 day notice, nor did we ever get a copy of our new lease. 40 days before we were to move out, we found out about their requirements. They would not acknoledge their mistake and refused to help. This complex is owned by the Harbor Group. I chased this issue up 4 steps (the boss of the boss of the boss of the boss...) each representative was rude, unhelpful, and extremely hard to get in touch with. We had to pay another 20 days of rent after we left because of their error. Also, after paying their fee before moving out they mixed up out payment and reported my wife and I to a collection's agency... so three months after our check cleared, I'm still dealing with them.

The same thing just happened to me. The management at century lake is totally incompetent... I cannot understand why anyone would come back this place.

We have still not gotten a copy of our lease and we moved in in October. And we have asked 3 different times and they just keep saying oh yeah we have a copy I will get it to ya. So annoying!!

The 60 day notice policy for a 3 month lease is ridiculous. I think the only reason this rule exists is to screw residents out of money. I mean come on I have rented for years and all the apartments required a 30 day notice. It is bad enough that after spending 12K on a year lease the management is not willing to let you just go month to month with a 30 day notice (especially if you always pay ON TIME).
