Overall the apartment community was very nice, with super friendly staff and very responsive management. Parking was adequate, and the location is convenient to I-75, the Clifton gaslight business district, UC, and area hospitals. I needed a place in a pinch and fell right into Clifton Colony. I'm only leaving soon because I'm moving out of town; otherwise I'd definitely renew my lease. (I signed a 14-month lease to save on rent, which I thought was too much at the normal 12-month price.)
