Myself and many of my friends who were also students at UC lived at the Colony. The staff was always very helpful and very friendly. I rented my apartement sight unseen on line. I was weary of doing so, but the honesty of the staff proved to be true, as I really liked my top floor apt with balcony up in the trees.
Access to both indoor and outdoor pools and the health center at the forum were also a big plus. Any problem I ever had was handled quickly and without any trouble.
