Everything is good except that old bus driver

I am now living at Clifton Colony and taking the shuttle bus everyday. The young bus driver-Kevin is excellent and very nice person. However, the old bus driver- Ryan is very bad in his driving. Always give us sudden brake, several time almost hit the front car..he makes me feel very unsafe. I don't understand why Clifton colony hires such a driver...
