I have lived at Clifton Colony for one year now and I love living here. From the very beginning, the management team made me feel welcome and right at home. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my apartment. The property stays very clean and I rarely see trash on the ground. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems you have, although I only had one thing that needed to be fixed in the whole year. Parking is easy and you always have a spot right outside your apartment, which is very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed this past year and would highly reccommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment at a complex. Also, the prices are very good for the area because the property is located in the gaslight district with a short walk to tons of shopping and food. It's great. I was able to move into the gaslight distrct, but at an affordable price.
