GREAT place to live

I have been a resident of Clifton Colony for 2 years, and am just now moving out because I am moving to another city. I just wanted to say that this is a GREAT place to live. Here's why:
1) The office manager, Sue, is incredibly nice, and the rest of the employees are very courteous and helpful. When delivering packages, the UPS/FedEx people simply drop off your package at the leasing office which is close by(from my apartment, one minute.) Anytime you have a problem, just talk to Sue -- she's great.
2) The apartments are nice and reasonably priced. I looked at several apartments before deciding on Clifton Colony, and I personally don't think there's a better deal around the University of Cincinnati campus area. And no, I don't work for CC -- I'm just a resident satisfied enough to write an online review. And trust me, I never do this sort of thing.
3) The neighborhood is safe (big plus, considering parts of Cincinnati have a less than stellar reputation.)
4) I don't know if Clifton Colony still does this, but when you tell them you want to move in they'll provide you with free moving boxes so you can pack up your old apartment. VERY helpful.
5) This is going to sound stupid, but the shower nozzle is ultra high velocity.
6) Maintenance is responsive.
7) Parking is expansive -- you'll have no problems finding a place to park, nor will any visitors you have.
8) The place is quiet, so it's perfect for students. That being said, there's enough people around that you don't feel eerily isolated from the rest of the world.
Drawbacks:
1) I didn't have a dishwasher. Not sure if the other apartments have them. Honestly, it really didn't matter all that much -- I'll take washing dirty dishes and living in a great place over having a dishwasher and living in a dump. Before living at CC, I lived at a place within walking distance of UC with a dishwasher. Despite all that, I'm glad I made the switch.
