After reading some of the bad reviews about this place, I'm fairly certain that most of the complaints are from people who might be used to small quiet towns and large houses, and not used to small amounts of traffic... and black people (which to some people is the equivalent to drug dealers, very sad).
It's a safe place. It's not the quietest, but it's definitely not too noisy. It's pretty cheap for the maintenance and amenities you receive, especially if you end up renting furniture. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you as much as possible. Sue Madden was a wonderful manager. I had no problems moving in or out. There is always a parking spot available, although on certain nights it might be difficult to find one right outside your building's door, but a short (and I do mean short) walk around your building is NOT a big deal.
All-in-all, it's a great place for students and young professionals who don't need anything fancy.

Not fancy at all. I do have to say out of most of the CMC properties I've seen this one is the best and you do get better service than most of the other properties. But after all it is Clifton and you have to be used to the diversity if you're going to live anywhere in that neighborhood. Again, remember that you have a 30-day guarantee and you can use it within the 30-days as long as you are moving to a competitor.
