Overall great experience (living here for 1 year). Maintenance people are amazing - swift, corteous and efficient. Office ladies were always nice and helpful, and office businness hours will surprise you - they even open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Management has a system of discounts and specials. Security deposit is only $99.
The best value this location would have for Good Samaritan Hospital eployees (5 min walk) and to University of Cincinnati folks - 5-7 min drive. It's not bad with these days gas prices. For nightlife lovers - amenities of Clifton area and Northside are quite tempting: bars, restaurants, movie theatre etc.
Clifton Colony Drive road condition needs some improvement ajacent to its intersection with MLK. But they're working on it. Emergency vehicles rushing to ED may wake you up if you like to keep you windows and balcony door open through the night. But it didn't bother me much.
Overall - great experience, I'd recommend this place to my friends.
