Excellent maintenance

I moved to Clifton colony after having had a horrible experience elsewhere (during a bad snow storm). When almost entire Cincinnati had lost electricity, heat and hot water, Clifton colony was one of the few places where life remained normal. Sue, the manager, was very accommodating at that time welcoming people from other places and even gave special discounts.
Sue is a true asset to the management here- EXTREMELY prompt and responsible. The apartments are overall a good place for singles, couples and students looking for affordable and well maintained apartments. If you are living in an apartment facing MLK Dr, the emergency vans and traffic noise will bother you for the first couple of weeks after which you'll get used to it. Tip for management- how about installing storm (sound proof) windows''
