This is a wonderful place for UC Students (especially grad students) to call home. Staff are helpful and friendly and are right in the complex everyday. Only had to use the 24 hour maintenance once, but the repairman was at our door within 15 minutes at 11:00 on a Friday night. Parking is plentiful and was never ever a problem. The fitness center is a great asset and the outdoor pool makes the summer months much cooler!

Only reason that we moved out was because my wife got a job out of town.

Great place to live! Highly recommended!!
