I have been living at Clifton Colony for three years and don't plan on moving. The setting is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Every time I have had a problem with my apartment. The staff is always ready and eager to help. Every maintenance request is always fixed immediately. I love the little gym and use it several times a week. It is close to The University of Cincinnati, several hospitals and several highways. The Ludlow area is just up the hill with a lot of nice places to eat. I never have a serious problem with parking and I feel very safe here. The community is quite vibrant with cookouts during the summer. This is a very nice place to live and I would recommend it to everybody.
