Quiet & Good Family Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I lived at The Colony of Springdale for 3 years until we moved into our own home this year. It is an older community but the location was good for the schools and I just loved how everyone that works there cared so much for our family. There was a story hour for the kids every week and I know a few neighbors that attended weekly English classes at the office. The Manager was very kind and really tried to help us when things were rough. It was a very quiet and nice place to live.
