I move here with the understanding that it was a good place to be. Yes it is diverse, but that is not the problem. From the first day I moved in I have nothing, but problems with slow maintenance service. Nothing is every fixed in a timely manner and complaints go unnoticed for months. I am very disappointed in the Colony of Springdale and it is not the place to be . Until the maintenance service is better I would not recommend this place for anyone. Oh, let's not forget the paper thin walls. You can hear everything in your neighbor s house, and I do mean everything.

If you are use to noise creaky floors, loud neighbors, and poor maintenance, minimum to no snow removal, and constant water on the street, drafty doors and windows then move here.

Stay has far away from here as possible. If you don't believe me than scope the neighborhood during all four seasons.

Well, it wont get any better, the complex was owned by ISTC Corp., a limited partnership holding, it was sold in October of 06, considering the economy in the area, no one is going to spend any money fixing things there.

Actually, if you look all around the Colony, there is nothing but consturction and growth. That is a very nice area, and I know, because I have lived here my whole life. Would I ever move to the Colony? No, at least not at this time. But, do not take away credit where credit is due. This area is a thriving one, and anything is possible. I feel the Colony can only improve, and that it will with our City's desire to make things better. Don't lose faith, just your bad attitude.

The information concerning the sale is not correct, you are about a year off and the property was previously owned by AIMCO who at the time was the largest owner of Convention Real Estate in the country. If you are going to state negative facts at least take the time to make them correct.

Yeah they were owned by AIMCO but that doesn't change the fact that the Colony is HORRIBLE. CNC cares less about their people than AIMCO did, at least AIMCO tried. Now they have just let the whole place just go to pieces. DO NOT MOVE THERE YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.
