I lived in compton groves for 1 year and it was the worst apartment i've ever had, if it wasnt for that 1 year contract i would have been gone much sooner. First off they moved me into my townhouse with out telling me that my kitchen floor had just been put down and that it wasnt dry, so glue seeped up through the tile and got stuck everywhere: shoes, socks, carpet...everywhere! And maintenance was horrible, they took they time to fix anything i requested. And last but not least they kept my security deposit after i moved out and my townhouse passed the final walk through and they told me i would be recieving my money and now they are refusng to give it back!
