I haved live here for almost 6 months now. This is not a frills apartment. It has all your basic necessities of an aparment, such as laundry, dishwasher, disposal, etc. It's kind of an older apartment building and there are not alot of new-looking features. If you get an apartment facing the back side of the building, or on the end, it is pretty quite; but a center apartment could be noisy. Occasionally, I hear people above me, and you can hear people in the hallway. The size of the balcony is the best thing about this apartment. It's in a wooded area, so there are trees around the balcony, and it's nice to sit out there or let your animals go out there. I do wish there was a better parking area. It's pretty crammed and can be hard to get in and out (only 1 drive way). The maintenance is pretty good about responding to requests, but the common areas of the building are not cleaned or kept up regularly. The elevator floor does not get cleaned often and holds odors. The carpets don't get vacuumed very often, and the foyer floor doesn't get mopped too often. They are good about accepting any pets. There is a fenced-in dog area, but doesn't get cleaned up too often. There doesn't seem to be regular or adequate office staff. There are not always available during the hours posted, but someone will be there after office hours. It's hard to plan when to call or stop in. There is a workout building owned by CMC Properties that you can use, which is just a 5 min. drive down the street. It is a nice facility with a nice swimming pool. The workout room could be bigger, but the equipment is pretty nice. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the place for the price I pay, but not sure if I would live here another year. Also, if you renew your lease you have to sign another 1 year lease, you can not go month to month afterwards.

I have lived at Congress Run for quite sometime. I like the room, balcony and amedities here, but to say that management here and at Corporate is incompetent is putting it mildly. I have had nothing but problems with them since moving in. When trying to address the issues of very loud and continual music at all hours of the day and night with management on and off the property, the disgusting residents that don't clean up after their dogs(EVER)and then steps in the feces and wipes their feet on the steps to clean them off. Management is aware of this and does absolutely nothing, the grounds have gone to hell in a hand basket. They just terminated the grounds keeper this being his 4th apartment with the company. I know for a fact he sat in the office all day doing nothing, or at least not maintenance work. Cleaning the hallways, washer & dryer and laudry room is a joke. Trying to talk to someone during business hours is a joke also. I would not recommend this Property or any Property that CMC Properties owes if you have to deal with the ones managing here,
