There's Roachs... I saw two people doing something they won't suppost to be doing in the hot tub. The Garbage Truck is loud... there are underage teens drinking and being very loud. If i hadn't signed a year lease i would have moved out sooner. My dish washer didn't work. I got other peoples mail.

The only good things about living there is the police drive throught the parking lot every 2 hours. and if your a day late with the rent payments they charge you $50 more. I had a neighbor complaim about my grey door mat on the patio.
So buy beware
