You are lucky if things go well until you move in, but after that, you will most probably not get good service.

You have to keep reminding them about your service requests and there is no corodination between the staff there. You talk to one person, and he/she does not convey that to the others. So the next day you walk in and describe your problem to a different person there.

They do have the so-called pledges. Move-in pledge, 24 hour service guarantee...but its just on papers.

The neighbourhood itself is good with stores in walking distance and easy access to highways. So that speaks for itself. Other than that, their service is just going from bad to worse.
