I would like to have less expensive rent, but the location is worth it. I am able to walk to the grocery store and minutes from the mall. The staff is finally steady and the service is improving. They did seem to have a new person in the office every day for a while. Maintence us now giving cards to fill out when something needs to get fixed and showing up when promsied. I have been happy with the location for years, but now the community is improving overall. The covered parking is a plus as well.
