I have rented a few places before I moved in the place. Location to freeways, grocery store etc were the selling points but that is more than compensated by the high rent is that is above market average. Since past 6 months I have lived, my experience has turned from OK to worse, mostly for POOR service. It takes a week to get normal maintainance, will not provide service for non emergency requests, even if it is a stinking bathroom etc. Tops it all is untrained staff that blame everything to system. I plan to move out. Do not move unless this is the only choice.
