The community has really turned around since the new management has taken over. They have done tons of upgrades!! They put all brand new siding, new roofs and repainted all of the buildings. They have also re-black topped the entire community. They also added free tanning!! I live in the apartment buildings and they also put brand new carpet through the common hallways and repainted it!! I have had a few maintenance issues, but it is always taken care of right away!! I have really been impressed with the new staff since they have taken over!
