Visting and Driving through the complex you are greeted with children who give you the finger while playing and throwing balls around parked cars. Children will not move out of your way and management seems to have no control or willingness to correct this problem. Likewise, when you call the office you are told that the manager, Sarah is not taking calls that she is too busy to talk with you.

Bad place to visit and I am sure even worse to live there!!
