I really don't know where to begin so I will make a small list for a summary of reasons NOT to move here!
1.Our move in date changed several times, while we had to continue to pay for a motel.
2.Our townhome had fleas. We had to pay for the treatment for this.
3.When we finally got to move in, our air conditioning was not working. Our place was so hot!
4.After the air was supposedly fixed, it wouldn't even blow out of the vent.
5.The air was then fixed for about 8 hours before it stopped blowing out air AGAIN.
6.The dishwasher is broken. It also has animal hair in it & dried food.
7.The exhaust fans in the kitchen & bathrooms are so full of dust and cob webs they barely work!
8.The windows and window seals are beyond dirty!
9.The carpet was wet when we moved in, but I honestly have vaccumed at least 13 times in every room myself with my brand new vaccum cleaner & it has had to be emptied after each room because of the dirt and pet hair (I do NOT have a pet)! No matter how many times I vaccum I continue to pick up a full container of pet hair & dirt!
10.The baseboards are surrounded by dust and pet hair.
11.The washer & dryer we rented from Deerfield is nasty with a full dryer vent of pet hair and fuzz. We are having them pick it up in the morning & buying a new one.
12.The wash room has a 1/2 inch of dirt and pet hair all over the floor!
13.The cabinets & drawers are full of crumbs & animal hair.
14.The walls have dirty finger prints throughout, along with more pet hair. Also the mini blinds have dried food & animal hair! NEVER A parking spot near our house.
15.I am ready to have a nervous breakdown from all this listed & more...
16.If you took the time to read this, I hope you know this is the truth & you doN'T move here. YOU WILL REGRET IT, AS I DO MORE THAN I CAN EXPLAIN!!!!!
***WE WERE SHOWN A "MODEL TOWNHOME"***
THAT WAS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY A CLEAN RESIDENT & WAS ASSURED THAT THE TH WE WERE GOING TO MOVE INTO WAS IN GREAT SAHAPE AS WELL! BIG RED FLAG!! ANYWHERE YOU RENT FROM SEE THE ONE YOU WILL BE MOVING INTO!!!
