I moved in in september, while there were a few problems with the cleanliness/newness of my apt... i havent had any problems. The few problems that i brought to the leasing staffs attn. we either fixed or offered to be fixed in a timely manner. The office staff are always plesant and friendly whether it is on the phone or in person and they are always apologetic if a problem rises. There are some things/people that i wish i didnt have to deal with here, but honestly, you will have that anywhere you go. When renting you have to keep tolerance in mind, as well as consideration. It isnst the fault of the staff if some residents dont practice these characteristics. I have rented for the past 6 years and this is the best community i have lived in. From the physical appearance of the apts inside and out to the upkeep of the property to the staff it is all nice and highly recommended.
